We had a number of agents referred to us but from a single phone call we knew Sheila was the agent for us. The market is absolutely crazy and Sheila simplified the process and experience for us. Being well informed in this market is a necessity as you need to keep a level head and be prepared. Something that stood out was that Sheila asked us to ask our banker for a pre-approval letter to submit with any potential offers. My banker said they have never done that before. When I explained why, she said that’s a great idea. We were in multiple offers and won our bid but I don’t think that would have happened without the direction of the best agent around.
