My only concern that I had when I put my house up for sale was that it might not sell by winter. I actually had 3 surprises. One was that someone called to set up an appointment the day after the real estate sign went up. Next was that that person bought the house about 3 weeks after it was put up for sale. Last surprise was that I still had a month and a half to find myself another place to live which was nice. I would and have recommended both you Sheila and Kevin to a few people. I could not have picked two better people to deal with in the selling of my house. Even though I dealt mostly with Kevin I feel you both work very good together in meeting people’s needs when buying and selling. I feel very lucky to have been able to meet both of you and to have had my house sell so incredibly fast.
