I had been trying to sell my house myself for many months before I contacted Sheila. She came highly recommended from a good friend who knew I was struggling with the house. The biggest thing that surprised me is how much I DIDN’T KNOW about selling houses. Selling houses is Sheila’s BUSINESS and she takes it seriously. That’s exactly what I wanted in a realtor! I learned that she wanted to sell my house as much as I wanted it sold.

A few months later I finally received an offer on the house and Sheila was an expert at knowing how to negotiate. If I had followed my instinct I would’ve accepted a much lower price or even lost the sale of the house altogether. Sheila knew when to stand firm and when to bend. She truly had my best interest in mind and I couldn’t be happier with Sheila as my realtor. I would recommend her to anyone who is serious about selling their property.
